Papaya Peach Yogurt
Suitable for: 8 months to 10 months old baby
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pureed/mashed papaya
- 1/2 cup peach puree
- Plain whole milk yogurt as desired
Cooking Method and Preparation:
Step 1: Blend papaya and peach puree
Step 2: Add plain whole milk yogurt and mix
Step 3: Add cereal (if desired) to thicken up.

Remarks on Papaya Peach Yogurt:
Papaya is a sweet and nutritious fruit. They also contain lots of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and even Vitamin E. A good source of fiber and folic acid, papayas are good for your baby.
Peaches are also high in Vitamin A and C. They are known to have a diuretic affect and also are a natural laxative. Thus, you can try giving your baby peaches if he or she has constipation.
